Fried Rice of hen-of-the-wood Hungus

Saute hen-of-the-wood hungus until it becomes soften, then remove from a pan.
Cut sliced beacons into 3mm width pieces. Fry them until they become to crisp, then remove from a pan.
Mix the rice with beaten egg. Stir-fry it with tossing. Put back ingredients and stir-fry quickly.
