Carbonara with Bacon and Shimeji Mushroom

「チーズ」はいわゆる「パルメザンチーズ」。この場合は粉かどうかは別として parmesan cheese でいいだろう、多分。
Saute bacon until the surface becomes crispy, then remove from the pan.
Saute Shimeji with butter, then remove from the pan.
Put a piece of butter into a pan. Add flour and stir.
Pour milk into the pan and mix with the flour on low heat.
Add consommé and parmesan cheese. Then put yolk and mix.
Put back bacon and Shimeji and mix.
Add boiled pasta and mix.
